At Khadims, we strive to ensure your footwear fits perfectly, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 15 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the authentic invoice.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Khadims account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the footwear is in mint condition with all tags attached; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface check during pickup.

• 3.
  Safe Packaging

  Place the product back in its original Khadims box and seal it inside a shipping bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
